Foot care practitioners

Our doctors in podiatric medicine (DPM) are health care practitioners who can diagnose and treat conditions and disorders of the feet, using medical, chemical, pharmaceutical, surgical or mechanical (orthotics) methods, or manipulations.

Our podiatrists are licensed practitioners under the Ordre des podiatres du Québec (Order of Podiatrists of Quebec) to which members pay annual fees as affiliated professionals.

They also hold permits in radiology that are kept current with ongoing training in radiology under the Règlement sur les normes de délivrance et de détention des permis de radiologie (Regulations for the issuance and licensing of permits in radiology).

Our podiatric surgeon is a highly qualified practitioner and a member of the ACFAS*.
